Anyway way you slice it, Hexagon 2011 was a huge success! Total number of attendees? More than 2,500. Truly an international event? Try 65 countries represented. Great content? How about hundreds of hours of information sharing, educational presentations, and training sessions. Indeed, it was the largest conference of its kind in 2011. Thousands of users had the opportunity to meet and learn, not only from companies' top executives and leading experts, but also from each other. Benchmarking, networking, and knowledge-sharing were the orders of the day.

By all accounts, the much anticipated conference not only met, but exceeded, the highest expectations of attendees. Here are just a few highlights from the Geosystems@Hexagon track:

I found the event very exciting and well planned … The training classes, free learning sessions, and the social networking where all outstanding. As was the venue and the interaction with the other disciplines. Great work and great way for Leica to show their appreciation to their clients. I am looking forward to next year. “
-- Joe Romano, Sr. Associate, Langan Engineering & Environmental Services

… a wonderful conference. I have never been to a conference where everything was taken care of with such detail as this one. The networking and listening to other users has given me ideas about how we can grow …"

My conference experience was incredible. I have never been a part of something like this where everyone was so helpful and willing to share information. All of the Leica staff treated me incredibly well all the way to Ken at the top. They made sure I got the information I came looking for and got me to the people I needed to speak with. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would love to be able to do it again.”
