The Basics

Leica PowerGrade 3D is the latest grade control system from Leica Geosystems. Leica PowerGrade 3D precisely regulates the elevation and cross slope of the grader blade through cutting edge, robust sensor technology. By integrating seamlessly with the motor grader's hydraulic system, fully automatic blade control ensures the desired finished surface is produced with speed and precision.

Automatic 3D Side Shift

Advanced software technology allows automatic control of the lateral shift of the grader blade. Now operators can follow the mouldboard alignment or offset and the system will ensure ‘overbreak’ and other earthworks inaccuracies are reduced.

Automatic mast angle compensation - a totally unique feature!

3D Mast Angle Compensation

The system uses advanced software technology to compensate for the angle of the sensor mounted on the grader blade. No longer worry about machine downtime and never require a ‘wrench or bench’ with the unique compensation feature.

The system configurations monitors the blade elevation via GNSS/TPS and ultrasonics. While all configurations offer a wealth of individual features and benefits, the modular design allows configurations to be changed quickly.
